Also built
Problem. Running several businesses means the same checks, chasing and reporting every week.
What we built. The control plane we run our ventures on: a hub of AI agents that work in the background and raise items for a person to approve, a board, a voice room, the App Factory and research planners. It holds live business data, so no screens are shown here.
Problem. Guests and staff need to get through the gate with nobody on site and no remotes to hand out.
What we built. A Hikvision DS-KV8413 door station wired into the Centurion gate motor’s trigger, shared with the exit button, so the gate opens from the Hik-Connect app. Two field guides for the install: a levelled install quest and an interactive wiring guide for the motor board. Next: a keypad on the same trigger, per-booking codes, NFC guest cards and an Open Gate control in Villa OS.
Problem. App ideas are cheap. Knowing which ones deserve to be built is the hard part.
What we built. Every Monday an AI scout proposes consumer app ideas and scores each one for research, market saturation, trend and a smoke test. A quality gate filters them, and only ideas scoring 9 or more reach a person for review. Nothing is built automatically.
Problem. Leads move between agents, closers and managers, and without one system they get double-worked and nobody sees the floor in real time.
What we built. A lead capture and sales workflow portal: role-based flow from agent to closer to management, lead locking so two people never work the same lead, generated PDFs, a live scoreboard for the floor TV and a full audit log.

Headset experiences for brand activations, expos, training and team building, plus browser-based XR that anyone can open from a link.
Web apps, platforms, portals and internal tools, engineered for your business and handed over so you own them, not rent them.
WebGL and Three.js sites, product stories and configurators that move at sixty frames a second, on phones as well as desktops.
APIs, dashboards, pipelines and payments. The plumbing that connects your tools and makes everything else reliable.
Business modelling, technical alignment and a clear roadmap before a line of code, so every build starts with a reason.
04 Trading as 9 Lives
9 Lives is Consolider's trading name and the home of our VR work. We take virtual reality off the demo table and into the room: headset experiences on expo floors and at activations, with guest sign-in, feedback capture and follow-up built into the flow. Every person who steps in becomes a conversation.
